3. Ordinance No. 23-06 - Prohibition of Short – Term Rentals (STRs)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Open the Public Hearing;\n2. Hear the Staff Report;\n3. Solicit public input on this item;\n4. City Council Discussion;\n5. Close the Public Hearing; and\n6. 5. Tract No. 53924 Final Acceptance (Sunny Brook Trail)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve Tract No. 53924;\n2. Accept on behalf of the city, the dedication of easements for Hiking and\nEquestrian trail, storm drain, sanitary sewer, natural open space purposes so\ndesignated on the Final Tract Map;\n3. Accept the right to restrict direct vehicular ingress and egress from Lot 3 onto\nCantel Place so designated on the Final Tract Map;\n4. Authorize the City Clerk and City Treasurer to endorse the certificates as\nshown on the Final Tract Map; and\n5. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Subdivision Agreement.
