Calle Baja (APN(s): 8722-019-025, -028, -029, -033)\n\n Recommendation: That the City Council adopt, by title only, and waive\n further reading of Ordinance No. 24-01, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the\n City of Walnut, California, Approving a Development Agreement (DA) for a\n Residential Project Located on Camino De Teodoro (APNs: 8722-019-025, -028,\n -029, -033).

4. Travel Authorization – 2024 ICSC RECon Conference\n\n Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the travel\n request for City Representatives to attend the annual RECon 2024 event, hosted\n by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), in Las Vegas, Nevada.

5. Notice of Decision – February 21, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting\n\n Recommendation: That the City Council:\n 1.
