Adoption of Ordinance No. 24-04\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt, by title only, and waive further\nreading of Ordinance No. 24-04, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of\nWalnut, approving the Alamo Villages Specific Plan (AVSP) and Zone Change to\nimplement the AVSP for the residential project consisting of seventy (70)\ntownhomes and related site improvements for property located at 750 Nogales\nStreet (APN: 8735-026-052).”

Adoption of Ordinance No. 24-05\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt, by title only, and waive further\nreading of Ordinance No. 24-05, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of\nWalnut, approving a Development Agreement for the residential project consisting\nof seventy (70) townhomes and related site improvements for the property located\nat 750 Nogales Street (APN: 8735-026-052).”

5. Third Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the\nCity of Walnut and Placeworks\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute and administer the Third\nAmendment to the Agreement for Professional Services between the City of\nWalnut and Placeworks, in substantially the form attached hereto, and in such\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and administer implementing\ndocuments and amendments necessary to complete the professional services\ncontemplated by the Agreement, as amended, provided developer funds are\navailable in the project deposit account and the implementing documents and\namendments are in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.

6. Parcel Map No. 83657 Final Acceptance (Pierre Road)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve Parcel Map No. 83657;\n2. Accept on behalf of the city, the dedication of easements for sanitary sewer\npurposes so designated on the Final Parcel Map;\n3. Authorize the City Clerk and City Treasurer to endorse the certificates as\nshown on the Final Tract Map; and\n4. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Subdivision Agreement.

7. NPDES - Green Street Project – Award of Bid\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Award a construction contract for the Annual Green Street Project to S&H\nCivilworks in the amount of $199,125.00;\n2. Reject all other bids;\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to S&H Civilworks in the amount of\n$199,125.00;\n4. Authorize staff to issue change orders not to exceed 10% of the contract award\namount ($19,912.50) to S&H Civilworks; and\n5. Approve a Purchase Order to RKA Consulting Group in the amount of\n$34,910.00

8. Istik Bridge Emergency Repair – Final Acceptance\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Accept the work performed by Hardy and Harper Inc. for the Emergency Repair\nof Istik Bridge; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to file the proper “Notice of Completion".

Authorize DBWV-FC Man United to Host a Thanksgiving Tournament\nRecommendation: The Walnut Parks and Recreation Commission is\nrecommending the City Council approve the request by Diamond Bar Walnut\nValley (DBWV) – FC Man United to host a Thanksgiving Tournament November\n29 – December 1 at Walnut Ranch Park.
