2.\nPublic Nuisance Abatement – Declaration of Public Nuisance for\nSubstandard Property located at 18989 Gold Hill Drive (APN: 8735-030-003)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Open the Public Hearing;\n2. Hear the Staff Report;\n3 Solicit public input on this item;\n4. City Council Discussion;\n5. Close the Public Hearing;\n6. Adopt Resolution No. 25-32 and declare the following Property as a Public\nNuisance: 18989 Gold Hill Drive (APN: 8735-030-003); and\n7. Authorize Staff to begin the “Public Nuisance Abatement” process, as\nprescribed in Walnut Municipal Code (WMC) Chapter 3.36 (Nuisance).

9.\nConvene Annual Meeting of Walnut Public Financing Authority - The Walnut\nImprovement Agency established the Walnut Public Financing Authority for the\npurpose of issuing bonds, and the Authority is required to hold an annual meeting.\nThe officers of the Authority are the same as the officers of the City Council.
