5.\nResolution No. 25-41 – Vacation of an Emergency Vehicle and Public Utility\nEasement and Acceptance of a New Easement\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-41 – A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nWalnut vacating a portion of an easement for emergency vehicle ingress and\negress and public utility purposes within the City of Walnut and as more\nparticularly described in said Resolution; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Easement Deed accepting\nthe relocated emergency vehicle ingress and egress and public utility\neasement.

Approve the Betterment Agreement with the City of Industry for the Grand\nAvenue and La Puente Road Intersection Improvements; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement, in substantially the form\nattached, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.

9.\nWaiver of Parking Restrictions on La Puente Road\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the request from Walnut\nValley Unified School District for a waiver of parking restrictions along La\nPuente Road, between Pierre Road and Gartel Drive, for District-wide events, as\nwell as events hosted by Walnut High School and Suzanne Middle School, during\nthe 2025- 2026 school year.
