Re-Appropriate $1,038,530 from ARPA Fund Reserves (08) to the HVAC:\nCity-wide Replacement Project (08-2007-6227);\n2. Re-Appropriate $240,000 from Park In-Lieu Fund Reserves (06) to the\nWalnut Ranch Park Improvement Project (06-2015-6227);\n3. Re-Appropriate $167,770 from Park In-Lieu Fund Reserves (06) and\n$343,460 from ARPA Fund Reserves (08) to the Snow Creek Park\nImprovement Project for Phase One (06-2013-6227 and 08-2013-6227);\n4. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Eagle Pump Services, Inc.\nin the amount of $39,596.11 for the purchase and installation of a new\npackaged pumping system at Walnut Ranch Park;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3.
