2.\nResolution No. 26-01 - Selection of Projects for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 –\n2027 (52nd) Program Year of the Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) Program\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Open the Public Hearing;\n2. Hear the Staff Report;\n3. Solicit input relative to the FY 2026-27 (52nd Year) CDBG Program;\n4. Close the Public Hearing;\n5. Adopt Resolution No. 26-01, approving the 2026-27 (52nd Year) CDBG\nProgram as follows:\na. Housing Rehabilitation ($192,439.30)\nb. Senior Activities ($18,104.70) and\n6. Authorize the City Manager or designee to prepare, execute, and submit the\nPlanning Summary, Agreements, and all required documents for the 2026-27\n(52nd Year) CDBG Program to the Los Angeles County Development\nAuthority (LACDA)

3.\nOrdinance No. 26-01 – Amending Section 3.32.070 Parking in City-Owned\nParking Lot of the Walnut Municipal Code (WMC)\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council introduce by Title only and waive\nfurther reading of Ordinance No. 26-01 “An Ordinance of the City Council of the\nCity of Walnut, County of Los Angeles, State of California, amending Section\n3.32.070 Parking in City-Owned Parking Lot of the Walnut Municipal Code” and\nagendize for adoption at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting of\nCOUNCIL CONSENT CALENDAR:\nThe Consent Calendar items listed below are\nconsidered and acted upon under one motion unless an individual item or items are removed by a\nCouncilmember for further consideration or explanation.\nThere will be no dialogue/debate unless a Council Member requests otherwise on the following\nmatters:

4.\nResolution No. 26-02 - A Resolution of the City of Walnut Allowing Certain\nClaims and Demands in the Amount of $1,200,841.13 Demand No. 200862\nNo. 200950, Both Inclusive Fiscal Year 2025-26\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-02.

5.\nResolution No. 26-03 - A Resolution of the City of Walnut Allowing Certain\nClaims and Demands in the Amount of $1,075,311.99 Demand No. 200951\nthrough No. 201044, Both Inclusive Fiscal Year 2025-26\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-03.

6.\nSnow Creek Park ADA Playground Renovation Project (Phase 1) – Final\nAcceptance\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1.\nAccept the work performed by Landscape Structures, Inc. for the Snow Creek\nPark ADA Playground Renovation Project (Phase 1); and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Clerk to file the proper “Notice of Completion”.\nCOUNCIL DISCUSSION/TRANSACTION ITEMS:
