5.\nResolution No. 26-09 – Approving a Fund Exchange Agreement of METRO\nProposition A (“Prop A”) Local Return Funds Between the City of Walnut\nand the City of West Hollywood\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1.\nAdopt Resolution No. 26-09, approving a Fund Exchange Agreement between\nthe City of Walnut and the City of West Hollywood for Proposition A Local\nReturn Fund Exchange; and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n3.\nAppropriate $500,000 of restricted Proposition A Local Return Funds from\nProp A Reserves into Account 23-5307-6227.\n4.\nAuthorize the exchange of $500,000 of restricted Proposition A Local Return\nFunds for $350,000 in unrestricted funds from the City of West Hollywood;\nand\n5.\nAppropriate funds in the amount of $350,000 to Account 01-3558 for revenue\nreceived from Proposition A Local Return Fund Exchange between the City of\nWalnut and the City of West Hollywood.

6.\nOrdinance No. 26-01 – Amending Section 3.32.070 Parking in City-Owned\nParking Lot of the Walnut Municipal Code (WMC)\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council adopt by title only and waive further\nreading of Ordinance No. 26-01, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of\nWalnut, County of Los Angeles, State of California, amending Section 3.32.070\nParking in City-Owned Parking Lot of the Walnut Municipal Code.”

7.\nApproval of Bus Stop Enhancement Program Agreement with Foothill Transit\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Bus Stop Enhancement Program (BSEP) Agreement with Foothill\nTransit, in substantially the form attached and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Agreement in such final form approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary payment requests and\namendments for the purpose of securing BSEP grant funding and payments.

8.\nApproval of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the County of Los\nAngeles for Administration and Cost Sharing of the Upper San Gabriel River\nCoordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP)\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council:\n1.\nApprove the attached Memorandum of Agreement MOA between Los Angeles\nCounty and the City of Walnut for cost sharing for monitoring of the Upper\nSan Gabriel River Watershed; and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager to sign the MOA on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney.
