Award of Emergency Construction Contract for Flood Plain Trail Erosion\nRepair and Adoption of Resolution No. 26-26 Amending the FY 2025-2026\nCapital Improvement Program Budget\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1.\nAdopt Resolution No. 26-26 amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital\nImprovement Program Budget to appropriate funds for the Flood Plain Trail\nErosion Repair Project;\n2.\nAuthorize emergency repair work;\n3.\nAward a construction contract to Hardy and Harper Inc. for the Flood Plain\nTrail Erosion Repair Project in the amount of $93,095.00;\n4.\nAuthorize staff to approve change orders not to exceed 10% of the contract\nprice ($9,309.50);\n5.\nAuthorize staff to approve and process payments to Hardy and Harper Inc. for\nconstruction services; and\n6.\nAuthorize staff to approve and process payments to RKA Consulting Group\nfor engineering, environmental coordination, and construction support services\nin accordance with the City’s existing Professional Services Agreement.
