11. Resolution No. 26-07 WHA – Adoption of the FY 2026-2027 Walnut Housing\nAuthority (WHA) Budget\nRecommendation: That the Walnut Housing Authority (WHA) Members adopt\nResolution No. 26-07 WHA approving the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-\n2027.

Resolution No. 26-40 – Approving Participation in the Los Angeles County\nUrban County Program and receiving Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) funds\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\nthe Los Angeles County Urban County Program and receiving CDBG funds\nand authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the Cooperation\nAgreement.

4. Approve a Memorandum of Agreement with the San Gabriel Valley Council\nof Governments for Participation in the San Gabriel Valley Regional Food\nRecovery Program (2026-2028)\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) (2026-2028) with the San\nGabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG); and\n2. Bingo Permit Application Submitted by the Walnut Senior Club and Request\nfor Facility Use and Fee Waiver\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the bingo permit application\nsubmitted by the Walnut Senior Club for the fiscal year 2026-27 ending June 30,\n2027; approve use of the Walnut Senior Center facility, waive pertinent facility use\nfees, waive bingo permit application fee and monthly gross receipt fees; and accept\na bi-monthly donation of $350.00.
