3) CONSIDERATION OF NEW CONTRACT FOR MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT\nWITH DELL MARKETING L.P.\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a new three-year agreement with Dell Marketing LP in the amount of $139,704.67\nper year for a total of $419,114.01 for the City Hall’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement\nproduct licenses and support services, on the same terms and conditions afforded to\nRiverside County through the Licensing Solution Provider Agreement Number PSA\n0001524 and Riverside County's Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (Master Agreement No.\n8084445).\n2. Approve a new three-year agreement with Dell Marketing LP in the amount of in the\namount of $74,622.15 per year for a total of $223,866.45 for the Police\nDepartment's Microsoft Enterprise Agreement product licenses and support services, on\nthe same terms and conditions afforded to Riverside County through the Licensing Solution\nProvider Agreement Number PSA 0001524 and Riverside County's Microsoft Enterprise\nAgreement (Master Agreement No. 8084445).\n3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the new agreements and any documents\nnecessary in connection with the agreements for both City Hall and the Police Department,\nin such final form as approved by the City Attorney.\nPOLICE DEPARTMENT

Submittal of the application and acceptance of the award totaling $20,869; and\n2. 7) COST OF SERVICES STUDY\nIt is recommended that City Council:\n1. Receive and file the Cost of Services Study Prepared by Revenue & Cost Specialists, LLC;\n2. Direct that the Cost of Services study be publicly disseminated, including at community\nworkshops on August 28, 2023, and September 6, 2023; and\n3. Schedule a public hearing for consideration of approval of the new fee schedule at the\nOctober 3, 2023, City Council Meeting.

8) CONSIDERATION OF DESIGNATION OF VOTING DELEGATE AND ALTERNATES FOR\nLEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES 2023 ANNUAL CONFERENCE GENERAL ASSEMBLY\nIt is recommended that the City Council designate a voting delegate and voting delegate\nalternatives for the League of California Cities 2023 Annual Conference and Expo, Annual\nBusiness Meeting (during General Assembly).\nPUBLIC SERVICES

9) CONSIDERATION OF TRANSIT OPTIONS AND TRANSPORTATION AND LEASE\nAGREEMENTS WITH MV TRANSPORTATION, INC.\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Provide staff direction relative to a preferred transit option to move forward with a\nprocurement process;\n2. Approve a one (1) year extension to both the Transportation Services Agreement and the\nLease Agreement with MV Transportation, Inc., extending the terms of both agreements\nthrough September 2, 2024; and\n3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary\ndocuments, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, to carry out the City\nCouncil's direction.
