2) CONSIDERATION OF UPDATED RECORDS RETENTION\nSCHEDULE\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt the following\nresolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-58 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING AND ADOPTING A REVISED RECORDS\nRETENTION SCHEDULE AND AUTHORIZING THE\nDESTRUCTION OF RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH\nTHE RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

3) CONSIDERATION OF AN AMENDMENT TO EXTEND THE\nTERM OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH TRANSTECH ENGINEERS, INC. FOR CITY\nENGINEERING SERVICES\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager\nto execute the Fifth Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc., to extend the term of the\nagreement on a month-to-month basis while the City conducts the\nRequest for Proposal (RFP) and consultant selection process.\nFINANCE DEPARTMENT

4) CONSIDERATION OF JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PURCHASING\nMANAGER\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt the following\nresolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-60 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING THE REPEAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE\nPURCHASING MANAGER CLASSIFICATION\nSPECIFICATIONS\nPUBLIC WORKS

5) CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR TO\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOE\nGHOUGASSIAN DBA J & L AUTO BODY REPAIR\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager\nto execute Amendment Number Four to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Joe Ghougassian, an individual dba J & L Auto\nBody Repair to provide for a month-to-month extension of the\nagreement.

6) CONSIDERATION OF PURCHASE ORDER FOR WAXIE'S\nENTERPRISES, INC. DBA WAXIE SANITARY SUPPLY FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 2024-2025\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to approve a purchase order for\nWaxie’s Enterprises, Inc. dba Waxie Sanitary Supply (Waxie) in\nthe amount of $70,000 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any change orders\nand/or future purchase orders under NCPA Master\nAgreement #02-27, should the term be extended beyond April\n2025.
