Authorize the City Manager and Assistant City Clerk to execute the Notice of\nCompletion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n3. Accept the work performed by CJ Construction, Inc. for the Citywide Sidewalk, Curb\n& Gutter Repairs Project (Project No. 21014 & 21015) with a final cost of\n$283,682.38;\n2. Authorize the City Manager and Assistant City Clerk to execute the Notice of\nCompletion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n3.
