ABRAMSON]:\nSUBJECT: This proposal is for construction of a new two-sided full-\nmotion digital billboard, replacing an existing one-sided billboard, on the\nrooftop of 8501 Sunset (The Sterling Building) and for the improvement of\nboth the interior and exterior of the building to accommodate West\nHollywood small businesses with free workspace, mentorship, and\neducational programs for approximately three to five local businesses for\nthe term of the development agreement. Site improvements will also be\nmade to accommodate this new use.
