CONSIDERATION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE BUS BENCH\nREPLACEMENT PROJECT AND APPROVAL OF NOTICE OF EXEMPTION\nDETERMINATION - Approve staff’s finding of a CEQA categorical exemption\nfor the Bus Bench Replacement Project; award a construction contract for the\nBus Bench Replacement Project to Loftin Construction, Inc. in the amount of\n$38,450; and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the construction contract\non behalf of the City.

2. APPROVAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nREGIONAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES AUTHORITY FOR FINANCIAL\nCONSULTING SERVICES - Approve a Professional Services Agreement with\nRegional Government Services for financial consulting services ending April\n11, 2024, and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.\nOLD BUSINESS:

PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT – COYOTE SAFETY; PEDESTRIAN\nSAFETY EDUCATION CAMPAIGN; PUBLIC SAFETY ADVISORY BOARD –\nReceive an update on coyote safety measures; approve the Pedestrian Safety\nEducation Campaign slogan, and extend the term of office on the Public Safety\nAdvisory Board for Scott Perrotty, Stephen Johnson, and Shirley Richards, until\nSeptember 30, 2023, approve the revised Public Safety Advisory Board\nGuidelines, and direct staff to open and coordinate the necessary recruitment\nprocess.
