CULTURAL RECREATION COMMITTEE REPORT – WESTLAKE VILLAGE\n2023 CITIZEN AND STUDENT OF THE YEAR; CULTURAL RECREATION\nADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENT – Select Dr. Ted Corwin as the 2023\nWestlake Village Citizen of the Year and Shai Adams as the 2023 Westlake Village\nStudent of the Year and schedule their official recognition for the July 26, 2023 City\nCouncil Meeting; and appoint Finleigh Williams to the Cultural Recreation Advisory\nBoard, as a student member, with the term ending December 31, 2023.\nPUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PAINTING\nPROJECT, PHASE 2 - City Council to accept completion of the Traffic\nSignal Painting Project, Phase 2, and authorize the City Clerk to execute\nand record a Notice of Completion on behalf of the City.

2. AGREEMENT WITH SECURAL SECURITY CORPORATION FOR\nSECURITY SERVICES AT THE WESTLAKE VILLAGE COMMUNITY\nPARK AND THE WESTLAKE VILLAGE DOG PARK - Approve a new\nprofessional services agreement with Secural Security Corporation. for\nsecurity services at the Westlake Village Community Park and the Westlake\nVillage Dog Park and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the\nagreement on behalf of the City.

ADOPTION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, APPROVAL OF EASEMENT\nAGREEMENTS, RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENTS, AND CEQA EXEMPTION\nDETERMINATION, AND AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE BIDS FOR THE\nFISCAL YEAR 2022-23 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND THE\nLINDERO CANYON ROAD PARKWAY LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT\nPROJECT - Adopt the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year 2022-23\nSidewalk Improvement Project Fiscal and the Lindero Canyon Road Parkway\nLandscape Improvement Project, find the projects are exempt from CEQA;\nauthorize the City Manager to executive the easement agreements and right of\nentry agreements and authorize staff to advertise bids for the construction of\nthese projects.\nNEW BUSINESS: None
