1. COMMENT LETTERS ON THOUSAND OAKS 2045 GENERAL PLAN AND\nDRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT - City Council provide input\nregarding the City’s comment letters on the Thousand Oaks 2045 General Plan\nand DEIR.

2. APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN FLOCK\nGROUP INC. DBA FLOCK SAFETY AND THE CITY OF WESTLAKE\nVILLAGE FOR AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE READER CAMERAS -\nApprove an agreement with Flock Group Inc. for leasing 17 Automated License\nPlate Reader cameras to be placed throughout the City and authorize the Mayor\nto sign and execute the agreement on behalf of the City.

3. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO NEWBURY PARK TREE SERVICES FOR ON-\nCALL MAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY TREE SERVICES - Award Newbury\nPark Tree Service, Inc. an on-call maintenance and emergency tree services\ncontract and authorize the Mayor to sign this service contract on behalf of the City.

AWARD OF CONTRACTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 SIDEWALK\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND THE LINDERO CANYON ROAD PARKWAY\nLANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND APPROVAL OF NOTICE OF\nEXEMPTION DETERMINATION - Approve staff’s finding of a CEQA categorical\nexemption; award a construction contract for the FY 2023-24 Sidewalk\nImprovement Project to DASH Construction Company Inc. in the amount of\n$689,240.00; award a construction contract for the Lindero Canyon Road Parkway\nLandscape Improvement Project to Marina Landscape Inc. in the amount of\n$142,868.80; approve project management and construction inspection\nexpenditures, authorize the City Manager or designee to approve construction\nchange orders up to the contingency amount; approve continuing appropriations\nfrom the FY 2022-23 budget as detailed above and authorize the Mayor to sign\nand execute the construction contracts on behalf of the City.\nNEW BUSINESS:
