Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.

3.3 Approval of Cooperative Agreement for School Resource Officer (SRO) Program\nwith the Westminster School District in Fiscal Year 2022-2023.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council:\nA. Approve the Cooperative Agreement for School Resource Officer Program with the\nWestminster School District to provide one full-time School Resource Officer with a\ntotal cost of $209,846 for 13 months of service; and\nB. Approve a revenue budget increase of $16,142 for one month of SRO services in\nFiscal Year 2022-2023 to General Police - Reimbursements; and an expenditure\nbudget increase of $16,142 to General Police - Permanent Wages for the Fiscal\nYear 2022-2023; and\nC. Approve a revenue budget increase of $198,500 for 12 months of SRO services in\nFiscal Year 2023-2024 to General Police - Reimbursements; and expenditure\nbudget increase of $198,500 to General Police - Permanent Wages to be included\nin the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget; and\nD. Authorize the addition of one full-time police officer to Police Department staffing;\nand\nE.
