12.J. 22-002 La Serna Drive North of Whittier Boulevard Rehabilitation\nProject - Award of Contract\nRecommendation:\n1) Award the Construction contract to All American Asphalt of Corona,\nCalifornia, in the amount of $1,396,010.93 for the construction of the 22-\n002 La Serna Drive North of Whittier Boulevard Rehabilitation Project;\n2) Reject all other bids; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City.
