12.I. Supplemental Appropriation for Portable Concrete Mixer\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-15, adding a supplemental\nappropriation of $15,000 to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget to fund the\npurchase of a portable swivel-base cement mixer.

Purchase of Property at 14590 Whittier Boulevard\nRecommendation:\n1) Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute an agreement for the\nacquisition of real property located at 14590 Whittier Boulevard to\nincrease park space in substantial compliance with the provided form;\nand\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2025-16, amending the Fiscal Year 2024-25\nbudget with a supplemental appropriation from the Park Impact Reserve\nFund for the expenditure of up to $55,000 for related acquisition costs.
