12.I. 25-011 Painter Avenue Wall Repair Project – Award of Contract\nRecommendation:\n1) Award the construction contract to Golden Coast Construction, in the\namount of $65,681 for the Construction of Painter Avenue Wall Repair\nProject;\n2) Reject all other bids;\n3) Approve $20,000 in contingency funding for the 25-011 Painter Avenue\nWall Repair Project subject to the approval of the Executive Director;\n4) Adopt Resolution No. WUA-2025-01, amending the Fiscal Year 2024-25\nBudget in the amount of $85,681 for the 25-011 Painter Avenue Wall\nRepair Project; and\n5) Authorize the Executive Director to sign the construction contract on\nbehalf of the Whittier Utility Authority.
