City Website Modernization, ADA Compliance, and Digital Communications Enhancements Recommendation: 1) Approve the selection of CivicPlus for the City’s website modernization, updated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) remediation compliance, and digital communications services and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with CivicPlus in an amount not to exceed $118,840.60; 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with UX Design Collective for user experience and information architecture consulting services associated with the City website modernization project in an amount not to exceed $61,500; and 3) Adopt Resolution No. 2026-48, amending the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Budget to appropriate $180,340.60 for the City website and digital communications modernization project.
