7. AWARD OF CONTRACT – ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND ACCESSIBLE PATH OF\nTRAVEL PROJECT\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1.) Approve plans and\nspecifications for the Adventure Playground Accessible Path Of Travel Project; and 2.)\nAuthorize a supplemental budget appropriation from CDBG funding of $75,566 to Capital\nImprovement Fund project 4010050-461610 for the Adventure Playground Accessible Path Of\nTravel Project; and 3.) Authorize a supplemental budget appropriation from General Fund\nSpecial Reserves of $26,816 to Capital Improvement Fund project 4010050-461610 for the\nAdventure Playground Accessible Path Of Travel Project; and 4.) Reject bid protest of Kasa\nConstruction, Inc; and 5.) Award the contract for construction of the Adventure Playground\nAccessible Path of Travel Project to Falkon Construction, Inc., of Diamond Bar, CA in the\namount of $262,940.44 and reject all other bids, and 6.) Upon receipt of appropriate\ndocuments, authorize the City Manager to execute the contract.

8. APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS INTO BLACK GOLD GOLF CLUB IRRIGATION\nCONTROLLER\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1.) Appropriation of\n$200,000 to the operating expenditure budget for emergency irrigation controller replacement; and 2.)
