2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CHECK REGISTER – AUGUST 1, 2023\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council receive and file the accounts payable check register\ndated August 1, 2023, in the amount of $4,069,958.52.

4. PROPOSITION 68 DEED RESTRICTION FOR VISTA DEL VERDE PARK\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize staff to file a deed restriction for Vista Del\nVerde Park (Attachment A), which is a condition of the Proposition 68 grant.

5. CONSULTANT CONTRACT FOR HOUSING POLICY RELATED COMMUNITY SURVEY\nSERVICES WITH FM3 RESEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC.\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the attached Consultant Services Agreement\nwith FM3 Research Associates, Inc. (FM3) for community survey and research assistance\nrelated to the 2021-2029 General Plan Housing Element.

6. DENIAL OF CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES – HABASHI, MANARD AND MCCORMICK\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council of the City of Yorba Linda deny the claims for\ndamages by Michael Habashi, Valrie Manard, and Cari McCormick.
