AWARD OF CONTRACT TO DAVID VOLZ DESIGN FOR THE BRYANT RANCH\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that City Council authorize award of contract to David Volz Design for\ndesign services, construction documents, and construction period services for the Bryant\nRanch Basketball Court project for $83,564 with 15% contingency funding ($12,534.60) for a\ntotal of $96,098.60.
