CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS – Pursuant to Government Code\nSection 54957.6\nAgency Designated Representatives: City Manager\nRepresented Employees: Yucaipa City Employees Association & Unrepresented\nManagement, Supervisory and Confidential Employees

1. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract, and the City Manager or his\ndesignee to administer the terms of the contract with B-81 Paving Inc. of Yucaipa,\nCalifornia in the not-to-exceed amount of $110,000 for providing On-Call Pothole\nRepair and Asphalt Pavement Repair/Replacement Services for the remainder of\nFY2022/2023, FY2023/2024, and FY2024/2025; and

2. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract, and the City Manager or his\ndesignee to administer the terms of the contract with Vance Corporation of\nBeaumont, California in the not-to-exceed amount of $110,000 for On-Call Pothole\nRepair and Asphalt Pavement Repair/Replacement Services for the remainder of\nFY2022/2023, FY2023/2024, and FY2024/2025; and

3. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract, and the City Manager or his\ndesignee to administer the terms of the contract with Hardy and Harper of Lake\nForest, California in the not-to-exceed amount of $110,000 for providing On-Call\nPothole Repair and Asphalt Pavement Repair/Replacement Services for the\nremainder of FY2022/2023, FY2023/2024, and FY2024/2025.
