Authorization to Purchase EXMARK Lazer Z Diesel 96” cut mower for the Public\nWorks, Parks Maintenance Division\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council authorizes the Town Manager or designee to\nexecute a purchase agreement with Stotz Equipment for a new EXMARK\nLazer Z Diesel 96” cut mower for the Public Works, Parks Maintenance\nDivision, in an amount not to exceed $45,968.00.

Town-Wide Slurry /Cape Seal Project – Town Project No.7037; Award of\nConstruction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n· Approves and awards a construction contract to Copp\nContracting, Inc., in the amount of $1,069,649.00 to construct\nTown-Wide Slurry/Cape Project; and\n· Authorizes construction, construction contingencies and\ninspection costs in the total amount of $1,196,000; and\n· Authorizes the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Attorney to\nexecute the agreement, and authorizes the Town Manager or\ndesignee to expend contingency funds, if necessary, for project\ncompletion.
