Yucca Valley Senior Center Improvements, Phase 2, Project 5013 –Award of\nProfessional Design Services Contract, Budget Amendment, $998,000 of\nAmerican Rescue Plan Act (APRA) Funds\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council amends the Fiscal Year 23-24 Budget by\nallocating $998,000 of APRA Grant Funds in Special Revenue Fund 574\nfor the Senior Center Improvements Phase II project;\nAnd approves the Professional Design Services Contract with Holt\nArchitects in a not to exceed amount of $219,000.00 and authorizes the\nMayor, Town Attorney, and Town Manager to sign all necessary\ndocuments to implement the project.
