First Contract Amendment for Landscape Maintenance Services Agreement with\nMariposa Landscapes, Inc.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n· Authorizes and approves the first amendment to the Contract\nwith Mariposa Landscapes, Inc., increasing total compensation\nfrom $94,728.00 to $109,593.60 annually and extending the\ncontract period for three (3) years ending January 30, 2027.\n· Authorizes an annual CPI Increase not to exceed 5% annually on\nthe contract.\n· Authorizes the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Attorney to\nsign all necessary documents for the contract amendment.
