Yucca Valley Community Center Athletic Facility Masterplan; Award of Design\nProfessional Services Agreement, RHA Landscape Architects Planners, Inc.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council awards a design professional services agreement\nfor the Yucca Valley Community Center Athletic Facility Masterplan to\nRHA Landscape Architects Planners, Inc., in the amount of $219,040.00;\nAuthorizing an additional $16,640.00 to evaluate other sites (if needed)\nsubject to the Town Manager approval, authorizing the Town Manager,\nTown Attorney, and Mayor to sign the Town’s design professional\nservices agreement and related documents for these services.

12. Formation of an Ad Hoc Committee- Hi Desert Water District\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\nConsider creating a Hi Desert Water District ad hoc committee and\nassign two council members to serve on the committee to engage in\npolicy discussion benefiting both agencies.

Town-wide Beautification Program Update - Signage\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council receive an update regarding the Town Strategic\nPlan initiative and action plan related to highway beautification and\nTown entry signage and provide direction to staff regarding project\ngoals, scope, and desired outcomes.

Town-wide Beautification Program Update - Graffiti and Vandalism\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n- Receive an update regarding an uptick in the incidence of\nvandalism and graffiti of public and private property within\nTown and;\n- Review the Town's current Graffiti Abatement Ordinance and\nTown actions related to vandalism and graffiti and;\n- Consider the establishment of an award program related to\ngraffiti and vandalism violations and;\n- Provide any additional direction to staff as desired.\nFUTURE AGENDA ITEMS:
