Professional Services Agreement between the Town of Yucca Valley and Petra\nResource Management, California Environmental Quality Act Review,\nCommunity Center Athletic Facility Master Plan\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves the professional services contract\nand authorizes the Town Manager to execute the agreement\nbetween the Town of Yucca Valley and Petra Resource\nManagement, for Archaeological Monitoring Services for the\nCommunity Center Athletic Facility Master Plan, in the amount not\nto exceed $31,050.

As Needed On-Call Public Works Inspection Services, Award of Professional\nServices Agreements\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves a professional services agreement for\nAs Needed On-call Public Works Inspection Services to Albert A. Webb\nand Associates, TKE Engineering, and ERCS in the amount not to exceed\n$100,000.00 each, and authorizes the Town Manager, Town Attorney\nand Mayor to sign all necessary documents to implement the\nagreements.

7. Summary of the Governor's Preliminary FY 2025-26 State Budget Proposal\nRecommendation:\nReceive and file the brief of the Governor's FY 2025-26 preliminary\nbudget.

Yucca Valley Aquatic and Recreation Center Project – Town Project No. 6009,\nApproving Audio and Video technology for the Project through AVI\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves the proposal submitted by AVI for\nproviding audio and video technology for the project in the amount\nof $599,958.35.

9. Town Project No. 5009; California Welcome Center Roof Replacement Project;\nNotice of Completion, Final Project Report\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council accepts the project as substantially complete,\nauthorizes staff to file the Notice of Completion, authorizes the\nreduction of the Faithful Performance Bond to 10%, and directs staff to\nretain the Labor and Material Bond for six (6) months for Project No.\n5009.
