Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services, EA 14-23, CUP 03-23 & V 03-\n23 Vertical Bridge Monopine, California Environmental Quality Act Review -\nChambers Group\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council approves and authorizes the Town Manager,\nto enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Chambers\nGroup, to prepare the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nanalysis and documentation for Environmental Assessment (EA) 14-\n23, Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 03-23 and Variance (V) 03-23\nVertical Bridge Monopine, with a maximum contract value of\n$53,590.35 for the preparation of an Initial Study/Mitigated\nNegative Declaration (IS/MND), and authorizes the Mayor, Town\nManager and Town Attorney to sign all documents necessary to\nimplement the Agreement.\nDEPARTMENT REPORTS:
