10. 2026 Town-Wide Crack/Slurry/Cape Seal Project – Town Project No.7037/8340,\nAward of Construction Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n· Approves the award of a construction contract with American\nAsphalt South, Inc., in the amount of $1,550,150.00 to construct\n2026 Town-Wide Slurry/Cape Seal Project;\n· Authorizes construction, construction contingencies, and\ninspection costs in the total amount of $1,862,153.00; and\n· Authorizes the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Attorney to\nexecute the agreement, and authorizes the Town Manager or\ndesignee to expend contingency funds, if necessary, for project\ncompletion.

On-Call Berm Repair and Replacement Maintenance Services – Award of\nMaintenance Services Contract\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council awards a two (2)-year maintenance service\ncontract to Delta Group, Inc., authorizing the Mayor, Town Manager,\nand Town Attorney to sign the Town’s standard professional services\nagreement and related documents, in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$500,000 for FY 2024/25 and $500,000 and FY 2025/26 for on-call\nasphalt berm repair and replacement maintenance services, with option\nto extend the contract for one or two more years.
