PARKING, TRAFFIC, AND CIRCULATION COMMITTEE\nRECOMMENDATIONS\nRecommendations:\n(1) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\ninstall parking restrictions on La Brea Street by adopting the Resolution titled, “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH,\nCALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON LA BREA\nSTREET”;\n(2) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\ninstall golf cart parking and demarcated parking spaces at 2192 Ocean Way by\nadopting the Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING GOLF\nCART PARKING AND DEMARCATED PARKING ON OCEAN WAY”; and\n(3) Approve the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee’s recommendation to\ndirect staff to coordinate with Caltrans to demark parking spaces with painted\nbrackets on South Coast Highway between Wesley Drive to south City limits.
