14. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HINDERLITER, DE LLAMAS AND\nASSOCIATES TO EXAMINE THE SALES AND USE TAX RECORDS FOR\nTHE CITY\nRecommendations:\n(1) Adopt the Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE\nEXAMINATION OF SALES AND USE TAX RECORDS,” authorizing\nHinderliter, de Llamas and Associates to examine the sales and use tax records of\nthe City; and\n(2) Rescind Resolution 24.084 approved on October 22, 2024, to correct\nadministrative and technical language as required by the California Department of\nTax and Fee Administration.\nAgenda Report
