Traffic Signal Reimbursement Agreement with Chapman University for the design\nand construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Walnut Avenue and\nOrange Street, and future intersection modifications to the intersection of Walnut\nAvenue and Glassell Street.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve the agreement with Chapman University to reimburse the City for a new\ntraffic signal and intersection modifications; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk\nto execute on behalf of the City.\n2.
