CC 25. Acceptance and Use of Los Angeles County Regional Park & Open Space District\nMeasure A Funds for Playground Equipment at Hollenbeck Park & Appropriating from\nAvailable Sanitary Sewer Fund for Use Towards New Restroom Acquisition and Installation\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution CC 2024-110 Accepting and Appropriating $275,141.39 in\nMeasure A Funding into the City’s Parks Capital Improvement Program Fund and\nappropriating $420,000 from Sanitary Sewer Fund – Fund Balance for use towards\nthe Playground Equipment Purchase and Demolition, Acquisition, and Installation of\nNew Restrooms at Hollenbeck Park; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute change orders as necessary with a revised\ncontingency amount of $825,000 for Green Giant Landscape, Inc. utilizing Grant\nFunds and Sanitary Sewer Funds.
