15.o APPROVAL OF 2023 STATE HOMELAND SECURITY PROGRAM GRANT\nSUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT - 24-PD-007\n(Police Chief Paul LeBaron)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Accept $65,000 in grants funds from the County of Los Angeles for the\n2023 State Homeland Security Program Grant;\n2. Authorize City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the\nSubrecipient Agreement subject to approval by the City Attorney; and\n3. Appropriate $65,000 and add estimated revenue of $65,000 in the Grants\nFund for the State Homeland Security Program grant.
