Conduct a public hearing to consider amendments to Hermosa Beach\nMunicipal Code, Title 17, pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior\nAccessory Dwelling Units;\n2. Determine whether the project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act;\n3. Introduce, on first reading, the proposed ordinance approving zone text\namendment 24-03 (Attachment 1); and\n4. Adopt via urgency ordinance the proposed ordinance approved the\nproposed zone text amendments (Attachment 2).
