15.c APPROVAL OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PEGASUS\nSTUDIOS FOR PROVIDING VIDEO BROADCASTING SERVICES - 24-CCO-072\n(City Clerk Myra Maravilla)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed first amendment to an agreement with Pegasus\nStudios for video broadcasting services to align the agreement with the\nfiscal year, extend the expiration term to June 30, 2028, increase the annual\nnot-to-exceed amount to $73,900 beginning July 1, 2025, and authorize the\nCity Manager to extend the agreement up to two additional years\n(Attachment 1); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest the\nproposed first amendment subject to approval by the City Attorney.
