Introduce by title only and waive first reading of an Ordinance of the City of\nHermosa Beach, California, repealing Section 3.08.020 of the Hermosa\nBeach Municipal Code (Attachment 1); and\n2. Adopt a resolution to increase the settlement authority of the City Manager\nfor General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Claims to meet statutory\nlimits set forth in Government Code §935.4 and to adopt a litigation/claims\nmanagement policy (Attachment 2).
