Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. WUA-22-002 - On-Call Engineering\nSupport Services of the Savage Canyon Landfill PSA\nRecommendation:\n1) Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No.\n1 to Agreement No. WUA-22-002 with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc.\n(Geosyntec) to provide on-call engineering support services of the\nSavage Canyon Landfill for a not to exceed fee of $100,000; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. WUA-2024-07, amending the Fiscal Year 2024-25\nBudget with supplemental funding appropriation for the on-call\nengineering support services of the Savage Canyon Landfill.
