Approve Resolution No. 2024-122, declaring that the City-owned\nproperty on (Assessor’s Parcel Number) is “Surplus Land” pursuant to the\nSurplus Land Act, Government Code Section 54220 Et Seq.; and\napproving the form of Notice of Availability.\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee(s) to take all actions\nnecessary or appropriate to comply with the Surplus Land Act.
