Agreement for Professional Services with CSG Consultants [Community Development]\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n— APPROVE the Agreement for CSG Consultants (CSG) to prepare the necessary documents for\nprocessing the environmental review of Master Development Application (MDA) No. 2024-0025;\nGeneral Plan Amendment (GPA) No. 2024-0003; Zone Map Amendment (ZMA) No. 2024-0002;\nTentative Parcel Map (TPM) (Map No. 20785) No. 2024-0003; Minor Use Permit No. 2024-0001;\nPrecise Plan of Design (PPD) No. 2024-0005 for the Loma Linda University School of Nursing\nExpansion; and,\n— AUTHORIZE the use of funds to be deposited as a pass-through fee in the amount of $89,000, which\nincludes a 10% contingency fee. These funds will be paid by the applicant to cover the costs of the\nenvironmental review.
