Item S500: Authorization to Execute the Second Amendment to the NextRequest Service\nAgreement with NextRequest Co. (Also Known as CivicPlus) for Continuation of\nPublic Records Portal Services. (Added 11/7/24)\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe total amount of this Second Amendment is not-to-exceed $71,991.67 and is available\nin the General Fund Communications budget.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\n(O-2025-44)\nIntroduction of an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute\nAmendment No. Two to the NextRequest Service Agreement with NextRequest Co.
