3F. Agreement for Professional Services with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. (MIG) [Community\nDevelopment]\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n— APPROVE the Agreement for Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Inc. (MIG) to provide consultant services for\nthe Community Development Department to assist with the comprehensive review and documentation\nfor Master Development Application (MDA) No. 2024-0025; General Plan Amendment (GPA) No. 2024-\n0003; Zone Map Amendment (ZMA) No. 2024-0002; Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) (Map No. 20785) No.\n2024-0003; Minor Use Permit No. 2024-0001; Precise Plan of Design (PPD) No. 2024-0005 for the\nLoma Linda University School of Nursing Expansion; and,\n— AUTHORIZE the use of funds to be deposited as a pass-through fee in the amount of $65,900, which\nincludes a 10% contingency fee. These funds will be paid by the applicant to cover the costs of the\ncomprehensive planning review and process.
