AMENDMENT OPTIONS TO CITY COUNCIL POLICY STATEMENT NO. 84, DEVELOPMENT PROJECT\nPUBLIC INVOLVEMENT POLICY (AMEND2024-0010 AND PUB17Y-0021) – Receive staff presentation\nand\n1) Consider the different options presented for increasing stakeholder awareness and engagement for\ndevelopment project; and\n2) Consider adopting a resolution amending City Council Policy No. 84 (Development Project Public\nInvolvement Policy) to clarify existing requirements for standard public noticing while expanding the\nrequirements for enhanced public noticing while expanding the requirements for enhanced public\nnoticing for development projects requiring approval from the Planning Commission or City Council;\nor\n3) Provide other direction as desired.
