9. Approve the Grace Orchard Solar Project Power Sales Agreement with Southern California\nPublic Power Authority (SCPPA) by which SCPPA will sell to the City energy and associated\nrenewable attributes generated by the Grace Solar Project, at an annual cost not to exceed\n$13,300,000, for a twenty year term; authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or\ndesignees, to execute the Agreement and associated documents; execute any amendments or\nrestatements to the Agreement that are cost-neutral/reducing or would involve only minor\nadministrative cost increases; execute any documents needed to carry out the transaction as\ncontemplated by the Agreement; and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the Agreement.
