E. Acceptance of Final Map for Tract No. 20580 and Authorize 21-3333\nthe City Manager to Execute a Private Street Maintenance\nCovenant and Agreement with RC Homes (Glen at Fontana\nBorrower, LLC) for a portion of Cascade Drive within Tract\nNo. 20580, Master Case No. 22-128, and Design Review No.\n22-059\n1. Approve the Final Map for Tract No. 20580, located between Catawba\nAvenue and Salt Point Way, along Cascade Drive; and accept dedicated\nright-of-way and easements; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Subdvision Improvement\nAgreement with the subdivider; and\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Private Street\nMaintenance Covenant and Agremeent with RC Homes (Glen at Fontana\nBorrower, LLC) for a portion of Cascade Drive within Tract No. 20580, as\nrequired by Condition No. 27 of the previously adopted Conditions of\nApproval for Master Case No. 22-128, Tentative Tract Map 20580\n(TTM22-000008), and Design Review No. 22-059.
