1.\nVacation of an easement on SCLA Property located in the vicinity of Sabre Street east of\nPhantom West Road with an environmental exemption\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a public hearing to consider the vacation of an easement on SCLA\nproperty located in the vicinity of Sabre Street east of Phantom West Road;\n(2) Hear evidence offered by persons interested in the vacation;\n(3) Find the easement vacation not subject to environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15060(c)(2) and\n15060(c)(3); and\n(4) Adopt the attached Resolution No. 23-126 to vacate an easement as described and\ndepicted by the attached exhibits.
